Ahead of all deliveries we endeavour to notify all our Academy Members and Trade Partners of their scheduled delivery dates along with any other useful information.
For standard routed deliveries a 2-hour delivery window will
be texted to the contact number submitted on your Quote Acceptance Form at
approximately 6pm the evening prior to the intended delivery date. A further
ETA will be texted the day of the delivery.
For carrier service deliveries we do not offer ETA's. If
delivery is unsuccessful, a card is left to enable rearrangement of delivery.
Things to note or consider enabling a trouble-free
delivery
Deliveries will be made between the hours of 07:00 and 17:00
Monday to Friday.
All deliveries will be one man Room of Choice, limited to
ground floor only.
Suitable space in the Room of Choice must be cleared in
advance of the delivery.

All deliveries will be kerbside either on a standard routed
delivery or on carrier service.

ETAs are not provided however we request a call is made to the contact number submitted on your Quote Acceptance Form one hour prior to delivery.

The contact number submitted on your Quote Acceptance Form is used for delivery notifications and you will receive regular updates by text from placement of order up until delivery.
You can book your own deliveries or change your own delivery dates via the text links if you choose to do so.
