Please note: Installation of damaged goods can be deemed to be acceptance of goods and may render goods unreturnable. If in doubt please ask.
All goods received damaged/faulty are to be reported within 7 days of delivery. In exceptional circumstances goods may be collected for inspection should we deem there to be a process failure.
All worktops are to be inspected on the day of delivery (preferably prior to the removal of any clear protective film) and any damages/faults that cannot be overcome by an optimised cut are to be reported within 24 hours of the delivery. In the unfortunate event that worktop damage cannot be overcome, please do not install.
Any goods received damaged/faulty are to be reported within 7 days of delivery and must not be installed until an outcome is achieved. Damaged goods in all cases will be collected and are to be kept in their original packaging awaiting return.
